Natural relief for allergies

It’s the most *sniffle* wonderful time of the year! Spring has sprung.. or is it summer? Who knows these days.

natural allergy relief

It’s allergy season around here. That means those lovely non-stop runny eyes and noses! Ugh. Everyone always thinks you’re always crying and sick.

There are 2 main things I do to help with allergies naturally.

1. Local Honey

I LOOOVE local raw honey. I get mine here. You need the honey to be LOCAL, and RAW in order to get the best results for your allergies.

The one I get is cold-extract raw honey. It is unpasteurized and unprocessed! No, it’s not the same as the stuff you buy in the grocery store *wink*. What I love specifically about this farmer’s honey is that it contains the pollen, propolis and royal jelly.

I take a teaspoon 2-3 times a day straight up. You can mix it in tea or other drinks if you’d like. How much you take depends on what YOU need. Listen to your body.

2. The sniffle-no-more essential oil allergy blend

There are four oils that when combined are amaaaazing at allergy relief.

Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender and Copaiba. Diffuse them (a drop of each in a YoungLiving diffuser) or combine them with a carrier oil in a roller bottle! Luckily all 4 oils come in the starter kit with a diffuser!

Don’t have a diffuser? Girl, get on that. You’ll love it! (Order one here)

If you choose to combine them in a roller bottle (I get mine here), roll on your chest and under your ears. You can also roll a bit into the palm of your hands, cup over your mouth and take a deep breath.

I only recommend YoungLiving essential oils as they are the purest in the world. Read more about that here.

PS These opinions are my own. I cannot diagnose or treat you!
